Easy & Free Returns Within 30 Days

• Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date (for online purchases) or purchase date (for in-store purchases).
• Product Condition: Items must be unwashed and unworn with original hangtags attached. All items will be inspected upon return.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Lil' Tulip’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience for our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 30 days or in cases where no proof of purchase is available, refunds will be issued as a Lil' Tulip gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
